What type of hair do y’all sell?
Only the best of the best—100% raw & virgin human hair. We have lace wigs, hd transplant lace that last and give scalp
Do y’all do custom wigs?
Yes! We offer custom wigs with styling, coloring, and customization. You dream it, we create it. Period.
How do I know what wig is best for me?
We got you! Check out our wig buying guide or hit us up for personalized recommendations. We’ll help you find the one.
Do you sell ready-to-wear wigs?
Yes, ma’am! If you’re not into all the extra work, we have pre-styled ready-to-wear wigs that are plug-and-play. Send us a dm and we will get to work on a custom unit designed just for you .
ORDERING & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders: 5-7 business days
online orders: 5-10 business days (good things take time!)But usually arrives quickly

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping fees & delivery times depend on where you are.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once we ship your order, you’ll get a tracking number via email to keep tabs on your package.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once it’s in the hands of the carrier, it’s out of our control. But don’t stress—we’ll help however we can! If your package is lost, contact us ASAP so we can assist.

Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Since hair is a personal product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if I got the wrong item or something’s wrong with my order?
If we made a mistake or you received a damaged item, hit us up within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

How long does the hair last?
With the right care, our wigs & bundles can last 1-3 years or more. Take care of your hair, and it’ll take care of you.
Can I dye or bleach the hair?
Yes! Our hair is 100% human, so you can bleach, dye, and style it. But for best results, let a pro color it to avoid damage.
How do I maintain my wig/extensions?
Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner.
Deep condition regularly for that fresh, soft feel.
Store it on a mannequin or satin bag when not in use.
Avoid excessive heat—keep that hair thriving!
